The Project

Reese asked Form Manufacturing to design and produce a product badge for their various pin box solutions that would leverage their existing brand strategy with Form’s badge expertise, offer flexibility for different product configurations, and minimize tooling cost.

The Solution

With decades of experience in injection-molded badges, logos, and emblems, Form Manufacturing set to work on design options that would deliver on the customer’s requirements. The solution consisted of a standard badge base with the iconic “REESE” logo, a lower section for sub-branding, and an upper section that allowed Reese to incorporate an inspection port for some applications.

Featuring scalability in the base, upper section, and die-cut adhesive, this modular approach allowed Reese to minimize tooling costs as their sub-brands grew by only having to create new molds for the lower section. Additionally, snap features in upper and lower sections allowed for secure connection to the base.
